The International Webmasters Association is an individual membership association organized solely for the benefit of its members. Members shall be dedicated to self-development, sharing ideas, and developing professional contacts. IWA members, in their professional conduct, shall be guided by IWA's Standards of Professional Practices and a Code of Ethics to provide superior service to their employers and clients. Professional Development shall be the cornerstone of the IWA which we have been members since 1998.

The HWG was founded in 1994 as the World Wide Web's leading training organization for Web design community, with over 150,000 members in more than 160 countries world-wide. In 2001 the Guild joined with the International Webmasters Association to form IWA-HWG, the professional association for the growth of the professional web design company and individual.

The Windsor-Essex Development Network (WEDnet) is a consortium of health, education, municipal, and industry stakeholders working together to create a unified approach to research, develop and use advanced information technologies, products and services. The approach also creates opportunity by increasing the efficiency of voice, image, video and data communications in the Windsor-Essex region.

Windsor & Essex County area residents will be able to access a wide variety of on-line government and community programs and services, training and educational resources, health and lifestyle information, entertainment options and more, some of which are already available electronically. WEconnect, will exponentially expand the range of opportunities available to every member of the community, regardless of socio-economic standing, and empower them to more actively and fully participate in every aspect of the community.
