Catch All Email Address

Overview

Every CYberSync account includes a default mail drop to allow you to view mail sent to any address at your domain name. A catchall email account receives emails addressed to former users or non-existent users. For example, if an email is addressed to John@yourdomain.com but the user name "John" does not exist on that domain, the email is routed to the catchall account.

Benefits

• Allows anything typed before the "@domainname.com" to go through the system and make it to the "primary" email box.
   
• Messages with a misspelling in them make it through so you stay in contact with your customers.
   
• Employees leave but you still get their contacts and emails
