CRM - Support Queue

How do I install the Support Queue through the SMT 4.1 for Linux?

• Login to the SMT / cpanel by going to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/.
   
• Click Web Services > Add.
   
• Click Install Support Queue/CRM.
   
• Complete the form as directed on the screen. Note that you will be providing the email address that your customers will email, as well as the URL that you use to access the CRM itself.
   
• Once you have completed the form, press submit.
   
• The installation process does take several minutes, so if you click the link after you submit the form and the page displays a 404 File not found error, please allow for the process to complete. It can take up to 3 minutes to complete the setup process.
   
• Once done, access the URL provided and login with the login information you've setup.
